Drying room, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom/WC and separate toilet. Car shelter in front of the apartment, possibility to charge electric car (8 kW, extra charge, MobilePay). Additional information: Internet = fiber optical connection, iron and ironing board. Additional equipment for families with small children: high chair for a baby, travel bed and potty.
